Ferrari will expand its cryptocurrency payment service to Europe by the end of July. The Maranello, Italy-based luxury sports car maker began accepting cryptocurrencies in the US last October in partnership with BitPay. The accepted tokens include Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDC.
Ferrari is now expanding the program to Europe "to support dealers in better meeting the changing needs of their customers", Reuters quoted a statement from Ferrari as saying. The company plans to expand the service to other markets by the end of 2024.
