U.S. stocks continued to rise, with all three major indexes up more than 1%. So far, the Dow is up 1.27%, the S & P 500 is up 1.03%, and the Nasdaq is up 1%. IBM is up more than 6%, Tesla is up more than 4%, and Nvidia, Netflix, and Amazon are up more than 1%.
