Recently, the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, which oversees the SEC, ruled that the SEC's rejection of a BTC spot ETF was arbitrary and capricious. The ruling effectively forced the SEC to approve a spot ETF. In other words, it is the law of the land. However, after the ruling, Elizabeth Warren encouraged Gary Gensler to ignore the court's ruling and reject the spot ETF.
