Andrew Left and Citron Capital have been charged by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) for alleged multimillion-dollar fraud. Citron Research, one of GameStop's best-known sellers, announced in June that it would no longer short GameStop.
