Nansen analyst: Under current market conditions, investors should adopt a venture capital strategy
Nansen analysts believe that in the current market conditions, bitcoin investors should adopt a more risk-on strategy, as technical indicators are bullish across the board. According to the company's weekly research report, the cryptocurrency market is currently bullish and increases the likelihood of higher risk-adjusted cryptocurrency returns in the short term.
Analysts maintain that investors will not resist the current bullish signals and claims, including the Federal Reserve's rate cut pricing, U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump's dominance in the polls, the Bitcoin Call-Put spread, and the Bitcoin Momentum indicator (above the buy threshold).
The Call-Put spread, which measures the difference in implied volatility between Bitcoin calls and puts, is currently hovering between the 10th and 90th percentage points. Implied volatility in the crypto market rose last week and surged to its highest level since May. The move suggests that options traders are becoming bullish and demand for call options is accelerating.
In addition, inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs are increasing, while on-chain transaction fees led by Ethereum are also growing, most likely due to the launch of the Bitcoin ETF on July 23. The market cap of stablecoins is also accelerating, indicating an increase in on-chain net inflows. (Crypto Potato)
