The ETF Store President: SEC's decision to no longer treat tokens like SOL as securities will not change or improve the chances of SOL spot ETF approval
Nate Geraci, president of The ETF Store, wrote on the X platform that the SEC's decision to no longer treat tokens such as SOL as securities will not change or improve the chances of a SOL spot ETF being approved, which is correct. CME-traded SOL futures have a long enough trading record (possibly the longest path).
A comprehensive cryptocurrency regulatory framework (a long road ahead).
Administrative change (the fastest path).
