Joe Ayoub, Rug.AI chain security platform, will no longer participate in the company's daily operations due to shareholding disputes
On July 31st, Joe Ayoub, co-founder Rug.AI artificial intelligence chain security platform, said in a post on X that he will no longer participate in the daily operation of the project.
Ayoub revealed that he had resigned from a leading global institution and founded Rug.AI a year ago with a friend he considered trustworthy. As of today, he has no shares in the company, all of which are legally owned by its co-founders. But he has made it clear that Ayoub will need to take legal proceedings to obtain shares in the company, as he does not believe the two have ever agreed to share shares.
He added that he does not have any real control over the direction of the Rug.AI and therefore cannot act in the interests of users, investors and employees. For this reason, he cannot continue to participate in the day-to-day affairs of the company.
