Contextual AI raises $80 million for model enhancement technology
Contextual AI, a startup that sells tools for improving the performance of artificial intelligence models, told Reuters it raised $80 million in a Series A round.
The Mountain View, California-based company declined to disclose its post-investment valuation, but data provider PitchBook estimated the figure at around $609 million.
The company is led by venture capital firm Greycroft, along with other investors including Bain Capital Ventures and Lightspeed, which has previously injected $20 million to launch the company in 2023.
