Bitcoin mined a "half empty" block at height 855363 28 minutes ago
According to mempool data, miners mined a half-empty block at bitcoin height of 855363, just 75 seconds away from the previous block height. "All transactions in this half-empty block were broadcast in the previous minute or so," said @mononautical, the founder of mempool, in a post on social media. "Therefore, this block may have been mined by a whole new node, accidentally put into production without a synchronized memory pool."
