The Bitcoin volatility index BitVol, launched by financial index firm T3Index and joint options trading platform Ledger X, rose to 54.34 yesterday, up 4.04% in a single day. The Ethereum volatility index EthVol rose to 61.29, up 6.67% in a single day. Notes: The BitVol and EthVol indices measure the 30-day expected implied volatility derived from the prices of tradable Bitcoin and Ethereum options.
