The Scottsdale Police Department accused Nuruhussein Hussein of posing as and talking to passengers' scheduled Uber drivers twice in March and October this year, tricking the victim into waiting outside the W Hotel in Scottsdale. After getting in the car, Nuruhussein Hussein asked to borrow the passenger's mobile phone, and then used the passenger's mobile phone to steal the Coinbase account and make a cryptocurrency transfer.
