Vitalik asks what features the community wants for long-term network state nodes
Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin started a discussion on Warpcast about long-term network state nodes (i.e. permanent communities rather than temporary aggregations) and asked participants what characteristics they wanted such nodes to have. User millie-x raised the idea of establishing a sovereign/independent legal system and judiciary, and Vitalik responded by asking how such a legal system would improve the lives of people living within network state nodes.
