Reuters: Do Kwon's lawyer says he is not seeking bail and is expected to appear in court again on January 8
Crypto firm Terra co-founder Do Kwon has pleaded not guilty to fraud charges in the United States at a Manhattan federal court hearing. According to Reuters, Do Kwon's lawyer Andrew Chesley defended him and said he would not seek bail for the time being. U.S. District Court Judge Robert Lehrburger therefore ordered the detention. When U.S. Marshals took Do Kwon out of court, he took a 79-page copy of the indictment with him. He is expected to appear in court again on January 8.
