On January 22nd, management consultant and Ethereum investor DCinvestor.eth posted on social media that it is no longer interested in reforming the Ethereum Foundation (hereinafter referred to as EF), but does not object to industry stakeholders believing that EF is the right organization to continue to manage, despite its personal desire to see substantial governance reforms. But EF must prove that it is willing to use its charisma in a dramatic way to help solve these problems. But if EF shows that it cannot or will not use its power to solve problems, then the industry must be proactive and start thinking about new structures.
