On-chain investment platform Plural acquired Northstar Financial Services LP, a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). After the acquisition, the company was renamed Plural Brokerage to support the embedding of broker-dealer due diligence into its tokenization process. It also allows securities issuers to raise funds directly on the Plural platform, simplifying the fundraising process. The company plans to achieve a $100 million tokenization fundraising this year.
