Grey releases S-1 filing to SEC for its mini spot Ethereum ETF

According to a public filing, Grey Release filed an S-1 with the SEC for its Mini Spot Ethereum ETF, which Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas said revealed zero fees for the product.
