Argentina's first company has adopted cryptocurrency as its registered capital, with a capital of around $500 at the time of establishment

According to Bitcoin.com, Argentina's Ministry of Justice has reported that a company has registered using cryptocurrency funds, the first of its kind in the country, after Argentina enacted a regulation that allows companies to use cryptocurrencies and digital assets to receive donations and launch. The company was founded with a capital of nearly $500, including 0.00457621 BTC, which was worth about $302.50 on the day of registration, in addition to the USDC's value of $194.99. The above process is different from the regular company registration. Cryptocurrencies used for this process must be transferred to custodial wallets of domestic compliance exchanges such as Lemon and Ripio.
