Dennis Porter, chief executive of the Satoshi Action Fund, said a third US state would formally introduce "strategic bitcoin reserve" legislation this week, although he did not say which would follow Texas and Pennsylvania. He revealed on X Spaces on December 15: "Pennsylvania and Texas have already initiated Bitcoin Reserve Acts. Now another state has joined in. They sent me the draft so I know it's true." Mr. Porter added that he expected a total of at least 10 states to introduce bitcoin reserve bills, "and that's not going to stop. We're going to see more and more of these bills. In my opinion, at least 10."
