Hong Kong-listed company Hong Kong Asia Holdings (1723.HK) announced the appointment of a series of new board and executive positions including director, chairperson, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and chief information officer. The announcement shows that the new CEO John Riggins graduated from the University of Alabama in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in business management, majoring in international economics and minoring in Chinese. In January 2025, UTXO Management partnered with Sora Ventures to acquire a majority stake (70.26%) in Hong Kong-listed company Gangya Holdings. Gangya Holdings has purchased a total of 1 bitcoin in the open market on February 13 and allocated it with internal resources of the group.
